Is it real gold?
Our pieces are gold-plated: real gold over a strong base metal. That is how we keep the rich gold look at an everyday price. We'll always tell you exactly what a piece is; you'll never see us call it solid gold when it isn't.
Can I shower, swim, or sweat in it?
Our stainless steel pieces are waterproof. Wear them in the shower, the sea, the pool, anywhere. Our gold-plated brass pieces are water-resistant: they handle everyday life and the occasional splash, but take them off before swimming or long soaks. Each product page tells you which you have.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our stainless steel styles are tarnish-resistant and made to stay golden through daily wear. Brass pieces last beautifully with care, but can mark over time if they're constantly wet. That is why we're honest about the difference.
How do I care for my pieces?
Keep them away from perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals (spritz your scent first, then put your jewellery on). Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store them dry. The pouch they arrive in is perfect.
Is it good for sensitive skin?
Our stainless steel pieces are a great choice for sensitive skin: hypoallergenic and nickel-safe.
How long does free shipping take?
Processed in 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. International orders may take longer depending on customs and local carrier delays. Free shipping worldwide, no minimum.
What's your return policy?
Because each order is fulfilled individually, we currently accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If there is an issue with your order, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos so we can make it right. We cannot accept returns for change of mind, fit, or style preference.
