RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Maré, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Conditions Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived in and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to assess each return individually.

Final Sale Items For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
